Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of kwazy.golf. They are short on purpose. If you use this site or send us an enquiry through it, you are agreeing to them.
1. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you are using the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This site describes what we do and lets you ask us to talk. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract. A working relationship between us begins only when we both sign a separate written agreement. Until that happens, nothing here binds either of us.
3. No promise of results
We do not guarantee outcomes. We do not promise a number of enquiries, bookings, members, installs, or any figure of revenue or return. Anything on this site describing what we do is a description of the work, not a prediction of what it will produce for you.
Results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your follow up, how you handle the people who reach you, and conditions none of us control. Any figures quoted anywhere on this site are for illustration or come from named third party research, and are not a representation of what you will achieve.
4. What you send us
When you submit the form you confirm that what you have written is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are entitled to give it to us. You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, which is assessing fit, replying to you, and preparing for a conversation. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send us confidential information, trade secrets, or anyone else's personal information through this form. It is an enquiry form, not a secure channel.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you agree we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, by call, text and email, about your enquiry and our services. Some contact may use automated dialling technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit the form using automated tools, or flood it with repeated or false submissions
- Scrape, harvest, copy or index this site by automated means beyond ordinary search engine crawling
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its host, or its data that is not openly available to you
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or interfere with its normal operation
- Upload or transmit anything containing malicious code
- Impersonate anyone, or submit information you know to be false
- Use anything on this site to build or train a competing service, or to compile a database of our content
We may block access, refuse or delete submissions, and take further action, without notice, if we reasonably believe any of this is happening.
7. What belongs to whom
The design of this site, its written content, its images, its structure and the Kwazy Golf name and marks belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or adapt its content for your own commercial use without our written permission.
Work we produce during a paid engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by these terms.
8. Third party services
This site may rely on or link to services we do not control, including hosting, fonts and scheduling. We are not responsible for those services, and their terms govern your use of them.
9. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but we provide it as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kwazy Golf and anyone working with us will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill or lost data, arising out of your use of this site, whatever the theory of liability and even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction over you.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
14. If part of this fails
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is applied as closely as possible to its original intent.
