Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use kwazy.golf, why we collect it, who it reaches, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who we are
Kwazy Golf ("Kwazy", "we", "us") operates kwazy.golf. We work with indoor golf businesses in the United States. You can reach us at contact@kwazy.golf for anything in this policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
If you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your website and the city you serve
- Answers about the size and shape of your business, such as how many builds or bays you handle
- Anything you write in the free text field
Only the fields marked with an asterisk are required. Everything else is optional, and you are free to leave it out.
Information collected automatically
Our host records standard server logs when a page loads. That typically includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not currently run analytics software, tracking pixels, or third party trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and say so here before we do it.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or passwords through this site. If a page claiming to be us asks you for any of those, it is not us.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to you. If you ask us to contact you, we need a way to do that.
- To work out whether we are a fit. The questions about your business exist so that a call is useful rather than exploratory.
- To schedule and prepare for a call you have booked.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To keep the site working and secure, including blocking automated abuse of the form.
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
4. Communications and your consent
Phone and text. When you submit the form and tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you at the number you gave, including by call and by text message, about your enquiry. Some of those may be placed using automated dialling technology. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
Email. We may email you about your enquiry and about our services. Every promotional email carries an unsubscribe link, and we honour it.
Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to contact@kwazy.golf. We may still contact you about an active engagement.
5. Who your information reaches
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own promotional use. It reaches only:
- Service providers who run our tools. Website hosting, email, calendar scheduling, and the system we use to keep track of enquiries. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where genuinely needed.
- Authorities, if the law requires it or if we need to protect our rights, our clients, or someone's safety.
- A successor, if the business is ever sold or merged. You would be told.
6. Cookies
This site does not set analytics or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of information locally so the page works properly. If we later add analytics or any tracking technology, we will update this policy and provide a way to refuse it where the law requires one.
7. How long we keep it
If you enquire and we do not end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to two years so we know we have spoken before, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for seven years after that, which is the ordinary period for business and tax records. Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out. You can ask us to delete sooner and we will unless we are required to keep something.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to do the work. We use reputable providers for hosting and email rather than running our own. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we take this seriously and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Email contact@kwazy.golf and we will respond within the time the law allows, ordinarily within 45 days. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you live in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the rights listed above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes we use it for, and the categories of third parties it reaches. All of that is set out in sections 2, 3 and 5. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in that Act. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
Other states
Several other states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, give residents comparable rights. We apply the rights above to everyone who asks, wherever they are, rather than sorting people by state.
10. Children
This site is for people running businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
This site may link to services we do not control, such as a scheduling tool. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies, not this one.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle information you already gave us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
